Cielo Azul Retirement Community is being developed in Bernalillo, New Mexico, a town in Sandoval County, in the metropolitan area of Albuquerque. It is located in in the Plazuela de Sandoval master planned complex in the center of an upscale residential neighborhood at the foot of the spectacular Sandia Mountains by the Rio Grand River.
Cielo Azul will be located only 13 miles north of Albuquerque and 40 miles south of Santa Fe just off Interstate 25.

Cielo Azul is only 13 miles north of Albuquerque, the largest city in New Mexico. Albuquerque is home to over 300 visual arts, music, dance, film, ethnic organizations, museums and festivals with both national and international appeal. Albuquerque is home to Sandia Peak Tramway, world’s longest passenger tramway. Albuquerque is also home to the Albuquerque Isotopes, a minor league baseball team affiliated with the Los Angles Dodgers.
Albuquerque also serves as home to many universities and colleges. The city is home to The University of New Mexico including The School of Medicine, National American University, University of Saint Francis School of Nursing, Central New Mexico Community College, University of Phoenix and ITT Technical Institute. The city is also home to Presbyterian Hospital, Heart Hospital of New Mexico, Lovelace Medical Center and the V A Medical Center.

At Cielo Azul you will be only 40 miles south of Santa Fe, NM. Santa Fe is one of the top resort destinations in the country and is know world wide for its art galleries and five star restaurants. You can travel to Santa Fe or Albuquerque via the high speed train (Rail Runner) which has a depot in Bernalillo, just five minutes from Cielo Azul.
