Aging in Place
Cielo Azul is an aging in place community and it is our goal to provide residents with an affordable, safe and enjoyable community including more extensive care if the need arises. We offer a wide range of services for our residents requiring extra Assisted Living or Alzheimer’s care.
Assisted Living Program
Our Assisted Living program consists of three levels of care and includes an individualized care plan. Pricing is based on level of care needed. Each resident’s care plan is designed to fit individual needs and will include services such as:
- Nursing care
- Assistance with medications
- Assistance with special diets
- Escorting to and from meals and activities
- Assistance with bathing, grooming and dressing
- Assistance with incontinence
- Assistance with bedtime preparation
- Laundry and linen service
- Nightly checks
- Diabetic management
- Minor medical treatments
- Three balanced meals plus snacks daily
- Housekeeping services
Alzheimer’s Program
The Cielo Azul Alzheimer’s program is designed to provide an optimal environment for our residents suffering from memory impairment. Our staff receives specialized training in caring for those with Alzheimer’s and other related dementia’s. In addition to our Assisted Living services, we offer several specific services to our memory impaired residents:
- Structured activities designed to provide residents with physical, social and cognitive stimulation
- Comfortable, secured common areas
- Secured outdoor garden area including a walking path and sitting areas
- Designated staff
